Inside Mount:

Do not make any deductions yourself. Please give us the exact measurement of the size of the space you need to install. If its inside mount, we will make the deductions ourselves when we produce your shade.

Outside Mount:

If its outside mount, we will make the shade exactly according to your size.

○   The time it takes to install each type of shade depends on the types. At Thai Shades, we will provide instruction manual of how to install with each shade.
○   Online tutorials are also available on our website to give you overall concept of the installation process.
○   Online help and chat are always available during office hours to help you troubleshoot any      unexpected problems you may come across during installation.

○   Contact us via chat or phone anytime. One of our Shades representative will gladly help answer any questions about our products. We can also help you decide the best solution for your window and home.

○   Contact with us via chat and send us pictures and diagrams of the space you want to cover. We will gladly help you choose the best solution for your irregular shape window or door.

○   Yes, we can help arrange an installation team to install our products for you. Please talk to our representative once you place the order to arrange installation. In some cases, there might a fee depending on your location and space. Restrictions and extra charges may apply. (We hold the right to accept or reject any request for installation due to any circumstances we feel fit).

○   Please contact us as soon as possible once you have received the order. There is a 5-day window since the receival of your order to submit a claim. We suggest you check your order once it arrives for color and sizes per your order.
○   Thai Shades fully inspects every set before it leaves our factory for size and specifications. However, if your shade was made not according to your specifications, we will gladly remake (According to your original sales order) and reship the corrected shade to you right away at no additional cost to you.

○   We accept all types of major credit cards. We also accept direct deposit transfer to our company account. Once your payment is processed, please send us a copy of the payment slip.
○   Because your order is custom made according to your specifications, we will require your payment in full before production can begin.

○   Shipping for standard sizes and weight are free. Unless your order meets the oversize criteria in length and weight. Once we have decided your order is oversize, our representative will contact you immediately to explain you the oversize delivery process. In some cases, there might be extra charges that will incur.

○   All tax and fees are already included in your order. All you have to do is pay the full price stated in the cart subtotal in the checkout screen.

○   Your shades are custom made according to your specifications and cannot be cancelled. However, in some case, if you contact us early enough before your blinds gets produced (Production of your shades usually starts within 1 business day from receiving the order). We cannot guarantee any refund, but we can still make any changes to color, operation, size(if minor) you feel fit for your order.
